#MFSMOKEYARD
Note: Due to illness, Adrian is putting smokyards on hold for summer of 2023. We may hold a collaboration or other special dinner evenings in lieu of smokeyards, but we haven't any definite plans yet.
The MF Smokeyard is a seasonal pop-up of sorts. June through October our buddy Adrian (who designed the smoker) spends 12-24hrs in our yard smoking the good stuff.
PLEASE READ BELOW TO UNDERSTAND HOW IT WORKS:
We set the menu based on what protein is available, then choose the style of smoke and the sides that pair well with it.
It is usually the last sunday of every month. The menus will be posted 9 days before -- we need to purchase ingredients based on demand, hence why orders open 9 days ahead.
The menu will be posted at 5pm and orders open until we reach capacity. Orders are accepted in the shop or through FB/IG dm or email. We do not take orders further in advance, only because people sometimes forget to pick up their food.
When you place your order you must provide the following information:

Number of meals
Preferred timeslot**

October 30th -- SOLD OUT
** Timeslots -- in order to expedite the dinners as efficiently as possible with minimal wait time, we allow limited numbers in 15min increments starting at 5:15pm and as late as 6:15pm. Early timeslots fill up quickly! If your preferred timeslot is full, we will offer the next available time.
